Kheema / Minced Meat Paratha

Paratha made with chicken or mutton, doesn’t sound right? . But try this recipe, it definitely tastes right. By minced meat in the recipe it usually means mutton, but this can be prepared with chicken too. Instead of adding wheat flour, you can add all purpose flour (Maida) and wheat flour in the ratio 1:1. Then make the recipe with the same procedure mentioned below. Enjoy the paratha with a mild kurma or just raita.

Aloo palak / (Potato - Spinach) Cottage Cheese Paratha

Pictures are good enough, that even a novice cook in making parathas can clearly understand the procedure. A brilliant idea of adding cottage cheese to the parathas which makes it soft and melts in your mouth. The potato stuffing goes well with the paratha. You can also try it with grated carrot or the conventional mulli (radish) stuffing.

Tri- colored spiral parathas

This is a very different and interesting version of paratha made with vegetable purees. The following recipe has been made with carrots and spinach puree. Beetroot is another good choice to make a puree. One of the dough is made with maida which gives a unique taste. If you want you can also replace the third dough with wheat flour and a puree of your choice. Enjoy the meal with a curry of your choice.
