Dry chicken sukka

The fennel seeds give a fantastic aroma and taste to this recipe. Fennel seeds ia a common ingredient in chettinad style recipes. The tangy taste of tamarind, coconut and the fennel seeds give the recipe it’s unique taste. A slight variation of this recipe would be to add any readymade chicken masala powder instead of dried coconut. Chicken sukka can be served with parathas or hot steamed rice and a curry.
