Gummadikai Vadiyalu (Ash Pumpkin / Winter Melon Fritters)


A fresh and exclusive way of making vadam or fritters . Though there is not very much of a detailed description, the pictures talk a lot of the recipe. While grinding the urud dal add a bit of cumin seeds or jeera and curry leaves. Enjoy the meal with steamed rice and rasam.
