A bong delicacy made with vegetables mainly the bitter gourd and primarily had during lunch. This is very close to the South Indian dish avial. Apart from the vegetables mentioned in the dish you can add zuchinni, carrot or peas. Tomatoes can also be added with the vegetables for a slightly different version of a recipe.
Enjoy it with steamed rice.
